About Us
Rofeh Yedid is based on the teachings of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, of righteous memory, and his often given advice, to seek out a doctor, who is a true friend.
Our dedicated team facilitates referrals to health-care providers that have been identified as “Doctors who truly care, just like a true friend would”. The team puts in many hours of research to support a patient during his/her time of need. The team is constantly growing our network to include more like-minded doctors across the country and in all fields. Doctors act as a reference, a resource or as a consultant.
Our operational team serves as the liaison between the patient and our resource team. As the first contact, they aim to make the patient comfortable and the process simple. They understand that when a patient (or family member) is calling us, they are probably in a stressful circumstance. The operational team is here to support in any way possible, including communicating with the patient, privacy, timeliness and interaction with other agencies. The operational team also works on growth, including expanding the network, promotion, education, fundraising and liaison to donors and corporate sponsors.
